SHIPPING
We ship orders through the urgent transportation agency MRW.
The delivery of the orders will be made at the address you have notified us in the same order. You can also indicate a different address to receive your orders. If you prefer to pick up your package at a delegation or office of any of our carriers, request it in the observations of your order.
Orders paid before 17:30 will be sent the same day, those paid after this time, will be sent the next business day.
For orders with shipping to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, you can consult us on the phone 600 848228, to make the best assessment on the shipment.
SIZE CHANGES AND RETURNS.
If you need to make a change of size or return, do not worry, we can help you by contacting us, you can choose the easiest way for you:
- By phone: Call us at 600 848228 (Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

It is important: It is essential that the product to be returned or exchanged is in perfect condition, as it has been received.
As soon as we receive the items and verify that they are in perfect condition, we will refund your money in the same way you placed your order. In case of purchases paid against reimbursement, the payment of the refund will be made by transfer to the bank account you indicate.
Return costs: Returns are free provided you take the material to the MRW office in your area (we will provide you with all the information in case you have any questions), except for shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, not for Portugal.
We offer you the option for this return to send you a messenger to pick up at your home, for only a cost of € 3.90.
You have a deadline for the return of the material of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
In the event that the return occurs because the material you have received is defective, the processing will have no cost to the customer.
Processing a change of size: If you want to process the change, let us know about it and we will take care of everything.
Damages caused by transport: Carriers allow 24 hours to claim in the event that shipments arrive with any damage or deterioration derived from transport.
Therefore, it is absolutely essential that when you receive your merchandise it will be checked and if you find any damage, you should inform us preferably in less than 24 hours of time.
If you notify us after the first 24 hours after signing the delivery note, it will be very difficult for the transport company to accept our claim, although we will try to give you the best solution that is in our hands.
